Simipiace Vulcano's Fuoco Rosso is a spicy sauce made with red chili peppers, chopped together with oil and garlic. The whole thing is then stored in small glass jars. A real spicy bomb typical of southern countries, a different way to store chili peppers. A sauce to serve on toasted bread or used to season pasta or any other dish.
