Roscioli gives you the opportunity to taste our sauces with an artisanal pasta produced exclusively for our brand.
The Mini Kit contains:
• Spaghettoni Roscioli (500 gr)
• Roscioli cheese and pepper sauce (270 gr)
Try making your own pasta in just a few steps:

• Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat.
• Add a good pinch of salt.
• Once the water is boiling, add the pasta (360 gr).
• Stir the pasta occasionally to prevent it from sticking.
• Before draining the water, remove a ladle of cooking water to use later to emulsify the pasta sauce.
• While the pasta is cooking, pour 50 g of sauce (approx. 2 1/2 tablespoons) into a bowl.
• When the pasta is “al dente”, add it to the bowl. • Loosen the sauce by adding the pasta cooking water to the bowl, mix and serve.
