Ingredients: Tomato pulp, seasoned guanciale (pork cheek, salt, spices, dextrose) 29%, shallot, Cervia salt, chilli pepper. Origin of tomato: Italy. GLUTEN FREE
Directions: While the pasta is cooking, add the “amatriciana sauce” to a pan and heat over low heat. Drain the pasta al dente, pour it into the pan, mix it with the sauce and serve.
