Ingredients: Water, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese 43%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese 11%, melting salts: sodium citrate; black pepper 0.6%. GLUTEN FREE
Directions for use: dissolve the desired quantity in hot water (possibly in the cooking water) so as to make it creamy, place the pasta in a bowl and mix it, adding more pecorino and pepper to taste until the optimal consistency is reached.
