Balsamic onions are a product to be consumed as is or as an ingredient in other cooking recipes. It can also be sautéed when needed.

Ingredients: Borettane onions (60%), dried tomatoes (30%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring E150d), sugar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid. Contains sulphites (residue).
