We are famous worldwide for our Carbonara, made according to tradition.
The kit contains: Roscioli spaghettoni; a pork cheek seasoned with black pepper, whole salt, coriander, chili pepper and aged in natural cellars; pecorino romano, intense and pungent, aged 24 months; the blend of different types of black pepper, carefully selected; finally the eggs, coming from a virtuous breeding of Livorno hens, raised in free farmyards and fed with ground grains and goat's milk. The resulting red is dense and rich, perfect for blending the dish.

• Eggs (1 pack of 6 eggs; the eggs are shipped exclusively within Rome; for deliveries to other locations, the kit does not include eggs)
