Ingredients: Water, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese (43%), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese (11%), melting salts (sodium citrate), black pepper (0.6%). GLUTEN FREE
Directions for use: Dissolve the desired amount in hot water (preferably cooking water) until creamy. Add the pasta to a bowl and mix well, adding more Pecorino and black pepper to taste until the desired consistency is achieved.
