Our sauces are made with high quality ingredients, the same ones used in our restaurant, to allow anyone to replicate the traditional dishes that our Chefs are famous for.

Format: 180 g

Ingredients: Water, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese 43%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese 11%, melting salts: sodium citrate; black pepper 0.6%. GLUTEN FREE

Directions for use: dissolve the desired quantity in hot water (possibly in the cooking water) so as to make it creamy, place the pasta in a bowl and mix it, adding more pecorino and pepper to taste until the optimal consistency is reached.

Perfetta per i viaggi

Giro spesso per lavoro fuori dall'italia e reperire gli ingredienti giusti per la pasta non è sempre così scontato, con questa salsa posso invece farmi una cacio e pepe TOP dove voglio.
Anche i miei colleghi tedeschi ne sono innamorati e non fanno altro che chiedermi di tornarli a trovare per prepararla.
